Website Submission Tips

Listing your website in our Search Engine is free.

Submitting your site correctly will make you more visible to our users.

If relevant, you can also submit individual pages from your site to the Shows, Events and Meetings categories of the Directory.

Step 1
Find the appropriate Directory category for your site. Unless you are an international organisation, you should submit your site into a relevant regional sub-category of the Directory.

Use the Fast Find links below to access your region and category. The Fast Find links are not a complete list of categories, explore the Directory for others and if you think a new category is needed, please email us your suggestions.

Step 2
When you access the appropriate category, click the "Add a Site" link below the search words box and complete the Submission Form

Step 3
When your site is added to our search engine, all information fields in the form are searchable, except your name and email address.

Submission Form Instructions
Title: Enter your organisation name or site name.

URL: Enter your full web site or web page address.
Eg. http://www.mysite.com or http://www.mysite.com/meetings.htm.

Description: Please keep your site "Description" to less than 30 words.

Town/City: Search engine users can find your web site by location. You can enter broader location terms in this information box. Eg Enter your "suburb" AND "city".

Step 4

Submit your information. If accepted, your web site or site "meeting" page should be added to the search engine in 2 days. You will be emailed when added to the search engine.
