Personalised Message Composer
With the Message Composer you can write and send a single email message and the Composer will automatically personalise your message by addressing it to your clients by their preferred name.

The service provides the following features:

• Your email list is protected from external access on our secure server.
• You can compose and send an email to all the clients on your list at once.
• Each email will be addressed to one recipient - no multiple recipients in the message header.
• Personalised emails - you specify a client's "preferred name" for inclusion in your email.
• Create your own "signature" file for automatic inclusion on all emails.
• No third part advertising will be included in your messages.
• If you wish, we will include a "sign up" form on your web site for client's to self subscribe to your mail list. (See Email List Set Up)
• Your own secure List Management page - add and delete your clients' details whenever you want or compose and send your messages.
